Cannot get hold of the right person

Rang up a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for my business insurance. Waited over a week and still, no one got back to me. When I call and ask for the guy that I dealt with I keep getting told that they will call me back. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Reviewed on: 25th September 2017

Extremely happy with this company. Excellent customer service, great communication and great value. They find you the best deal based on your budget and the best insurance for your comany. Would definately recommend, just keep on schedule with your payments as there is a charge which is standard for late payments.
