Cannot get hold of the right person

Rang up a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for my business insurance. Waited over a week and still, no one got back to me. When I call and ask for the guy that I dealt with I keep getting told that they will call me back. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Reviewed on: 25th September 2017
