Not a good company to deal with

Good luck with trying to get your pension pot from People’s Pension ! I’ve been trying for 2 weeks just to get it started ! No communication at all ! I’ve sent emails and phone calls and on there website messages ! Nothing at all this morning got a email asking when is best time to phone to resolve the matter! Guess what no phone call I think you need to take legal action to get your pension ! Totally unprofessional !!! Stay clear and if enrolling by your company get out asp ! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020
