I have use Total Landlords for a few use for by building insurance for a rental purpose they have always been competitive and always provide an excellent service. I would personally like to thank a member of there team by the name Siobhan for her patience and understanding she was beyond excellent and took the time out to listen to me and provide me with insurance quote which reasonable and took into consideration my concerns. I have today phoned Total Landlord four times to renew my premium and each time received automated message to leave a message, done so and received nothing. Appalling customer service. No way to renew online! Awful! Reviewed on: 13th November 2024

No trouble I am well looked after

When I needed them they were there. They make me feel secure and ready to take up my cause if I need them to do so. I must say that in the last year I received pages of waffle to do with the conditions that I am supposed to read. This is really too much. Nevertheless I am confident that I am being looked after.
