A problem sorted with a neighbouring property

Having had a problem with the flat above mine, leaking water into my flat, Total Landlord allowed me to use a solicitor to help get the owner of flat above to pay up once fixed. DON’T MAKE A CLAIM

Dreadful service! As long as no claim is EVER made TLI is at best, adequate. One can never get in contact to speak to anyone but remarkably, at renewal, phone calls and emails are made!!!!! Reviewed on: 18th September 2025
