Best insurance for landlords.

Have been using Total Landlord for many years. The customer service is great and the insurance cover is very comprehensive and reasonably priced. I really appreciate all the updates and newsletters that are included. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025

I've used Landlord Insurance for years and I truly value their expertise, prompt communication and clear advice. They've clearly explained to me my responsibilities and all the details I need to understand to be fully covered, which has saved me a lot of time and money, and means I don't need to worry about things - life is complicated enough! Good until you claim. The claims process is very lengthy, lack of clarity on timescales making it impossible for landlords to plan and organise works.Agent seem indifferent to the impact and no sense of ownership or commitment to any timescales. They spent 2 weeks arguing with me about a £225 floor. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
