Good until you claim. Caution

Good until you claim. The claims process is very lengthy, lack of clarity on timescales making it impossible for landlords to plan and organise works.Agent seem indifferent to the impact and no sense of ownership or commitment to any timescales. They spent 2 weeks arguing with me about a £225 floor. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
