My policy expired but fixed with a great chat line

My policy expired (due to a changed credit card)and the day I received an email notification I went on line to add a new card and pay the new premium, the site refused to issue a new policy. Went on the chat line and it was fixed in minutes. Great chat line, very responsive. Reviewed on: 30th August 2026

Good service and £25 cash back .

Whilst the price last year was excellent this year the price has increased three times inflation rate which is disappointing . Reviewed on: 29th August 2026
