When policy renew came through at nearly double the...

When policy renew came through at nearly double the premium even though no claims. I used chat service where they were unable to bring down the cost . I made it plainly obvious I wouldn’t be renewing in the conversation but because I didn’t use the word cancel I got sent a letter telling me I owed money as I had cancelled direct debit. You have to opt out of renewal in very small print if you don’t they will renew policy without your permission then charge you cancellation fee. questionable renewal quote
