Overall a good experience.

Administrative Assistance

I needed to clarify my payment details with your Renewal Team due to a change in my Debit Card details (I’d been the victim of a scam earlier in the year). I telephoned in response to the concern shown because you could not get payment. Once I was able to talk to a member of the team all issues were resolved and I was happy to proceed.
