Beware - Will go to all lengths to avoid paying hard working customers.

Beware - Will go to all lengths to avoid paying hard working customers. Leak in shower room resulting in damage to floor, ceiling and shower itself. Not covered under faulty workmanship (which is a general exclusion!!!) or as a result of sealant or grout despite property only being 5 years old. Took 7 days to send out a surveyor to review the claim. He advised me that I did not have cover for 'trace and access', so I would not be able to claim for the work already done by the ...
