A pilot light on the control unit/thermostat.

A pilot light on the control unit/thermostat isn't working. This was reported some time ago. Nothing has been done about it by Homeprotect. This has been reported before, but nobody at Homeproytect reads these reviews and takes any notice. Therefore, from my perspective these reviews are a complete waste of time. Poor experience when I called about rain damage to roof causing interior damage. Was informed that on the day I had estimated the damage ( it had rained for days so difficult to be exact), the total daily millimetres for my area was insufficient for a claim! Not impressed. Easy to renew
