21 years of business banking with Triodos

We chose Triodos as an ethical bank for our company in 2002. They are a very basic bank with few gimmicks or flashy features. They have never done anything stupid or surprising, and I like that in a bank ! Their banking isn't free, but where banking is free, I guess you have to ask how they're funding that. Their website has always been excellent (though I do prefer the old version to the new version). All in all, we've had very straightforward and trouble free dealings. Would choose them again for work, and have now also moved my personal banking to Triodos. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2023

Happy customer

I have been with Triodos for years and I find their online banking easy to navigate and pricing of transactions reasonable. Much more reasonable than having "free" banking with other banks where it was too easy to get caught out with punitive fines left a bad feeling and meant you did not save any money.
