Great service and ethical too

As treasurer of a church charity we switched to Triodos a couple of years ago. Setting up the account was straightforward. The online banking has meant that we are virtually paperless now. Contact with customer services is quick and efficient with no long waits on the phone and any issues resolved speedily. Knowing that the bank has strict ethical criteria for investing was an important reason for choosing Triodos over other banks. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Brilliant friendly bank

I chose to move both my business and current accounts to Triodos several years ago as I wanted my bank to share the values and aims of my ethical business.
