A good choice of ISA

I decided to move an ISA to Triodos because I value the company's ethical stance. I had expected the process to be a bit tricky, having had not entirely happy experiences with other banks in the past, but everything worked like a dream. There were a couple of things I wasn't sure about but the Triodos staff member who answered my phone call understood exactly what I wanted to know and gave me very helpful answers, so the whole process was extremely quick and straightforward. The website works well and I can see how may savings are doing. the return is not bad but the more important thing for me is that I'm happy that my money is being used ethically. Excellent service, website and app

I've made direct contact with Triodos twice by phone. I wanted a 'sanity check' for about the ISAs I had investigated on their website - I'd never 'bought' an ISA before. I chose them because of their ethical credentials, and was delighted to get a decent interest rate on the ISA. Their app is easy to use once you know how. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
