There is plenty of good information available, accessible help including by phone, a user-friendly app and website, competitive interest rates and most importantly it is an ethical product from an ethical bank which offers clear explanations about the ethical basis of all its products. True value for money

Quick and easy set up and amazing communication

I chose Triodos after research looking into UK banks with ethical and green investment practices. Triodos best aligned with my values and was consistently listed as the top ethical and green bank in the UK. The account set up was quick and easy. Customer service was very informative when needed. Friendly, informative and safe

Triodos have been consistently friendly, approachable and caring as a banking provider. They offer regular updates on how and to whom my money is being invested, as well as highlighting the benefits that ethical businesses have derived from their loans.
