Love their morals!

I have been with Triodos for about 2 years now and I have felt safe and confident in choosing them to help with my financials. The customer service team isn't quite like other banks where you are talking to a chatbot to try and find the solution, an actual member of the team responds usually within at least 10 mins and is there to help with any problems. A bonus... it is amazing to be with a bank that uses profit for environmental and ethical aid and positivity. Highly recommend!! Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Triodos challenges us all to put our money where are principles, they offer loans to small charities who would otherwise struggle to get loans from high street banks. They help the Green economy and support social housing projects. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I applaud Triodos ' emphasis on supporting others and on sustainability., which is why I chose to bank with Triodos. It has always been responsive when I have had any direct transactions with it but I mostly conduct my transactions on line. I am kept well informed on how it is supporting different organisations.
