Good ethics and weathered the crash

I have been with Triodos for around 20 years now and have always found them helpful and easy to deal with. As well as supporting good causes I was very pleased that when the 2008 'crash' came my savings were fine as money was invested in positive projects not speculation. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos are the most human bank that I've ever used.

Triodos are the most human bank that I've ever used. Their customer service is excellent, by which I mean I can talk to a human without having to navigate a labyrinth of robotic questions. They have been consistently friendly and transparent. I appreciate their ethics and like how they provide regular updates on how their money is being lent and any impacts it may be making.
