Diabolical customer service regarding my money being put automatically into a 2 year ISA. Details the same as the review above although, according to other online sites, some customers have been given Goodwill payments over the same issue.Would never use Kent Reliance again and not recommend to anyone.

I had a 2 year ISA mature recently and instead of Kent Reliance putting the money into a holding account they put it into another 2 year ISA paying a dismal amount of interest and now want to charge nearly £300 penalty to transfer it. They only give you a two week window to make other arrangements as I was still on holiday for part of it and spent the rest of the time trying to arrange a transfer that proved impossible in that short space of time. Try and ring customer service or head office you get connected to one of those terrible overseas call centres. I was horrified to discover they are dealing with my money.
