They provide some great ISA rates and very easy to transfer money from other ISA's into the new tax year. Customer service requests are usually responded to quickly and provide excellent advice / answers. Have been with them for many years now and no thoughts about going elsewhere. Repeat customer, excellent servce and price

I have been with them for several years now as they always come through with a top quality policy cheaper than others and with added benefits such as legal cover. I haven't had to make a claim so the quality of their claims service remains unknown. Reviewed on: 6th September 2025

They are with you 24/7 at the end of a phone line with a UK based call centre. On the rare occassion when I need to talk to a real person my problems are simply dealt with and I feel like I am talking to a friend. I have been with them almost since the start and have no intention of leaving. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025

Took out cover for a UK holiday including COVID cover.

Took out cover for a UK holiday including COVID cover. A claim was made following our son not being able to join us due to contracting COVID a day before travel. The claims process was definitely not smooth and required perseverance on our part to ensure ALL the I's were dotted and the T's crossed but several months after we had returned home we were provided with a 1/3 refund. I am sure most insurance claims are just as hard. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
