Woeful service

Letters are ignored by the administration centre in Sunderland while the customer services team is poorly trained and based in India. My account was locked without any notification, and I was lied to by a member of the customer service team. This meant I couldn’t access over £50,000 of my money. If I could be bothered, I’d report this lot to the Financial Conduct Authority. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026
