Excellent service

As my cash ISA is the only account I have with Triodos, and because I haven't been in a position to save much the last few years I hardly ever need to get in touch. Whenever I have though, I have been most satisfied with the help/advice I received. Most recently I had to change my address and had lost my log in details. I phoned and the lady who helped me was competent, friendly and patient. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos Bank leads all others.

First... it is probably the most ethical bank in the world. That is most important for me. The savings interest rates may not be the highest, but they are good (enough). Recently, I was faced with a complicated situation with money transfer into, and out of, my cash ISA. They quietly resolved the problem. In my mind, they are the best. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
