Ethical banking done right

I've been a Triodos customer for some time now and have been consistently impressed. What drew me to Triodos in the first place was its ethical stance - knowing that my money is only lent to organisations making a positive social and environmental impact genuinely matters to me. The transparency about where funds are directed is something no mainstream bank comes close to matching. The customer service has been excellent throughout. On every occasion I've needed help, I've been able to speak to a real, knowledgeable person who dealt with my query promptly and without fuss. That personal touch feels increasingly rare in modern banking. The app and online banking are clean, easy to navigate, and do everything I need day to day. The modest monthly fee feels entirely reasonable given what the bank stands for and the quality of service provided. Triodos demonstrates that ethical banking and excellent customer experience aren't mutually exclusive. I'm glad to be a customer and have no hesitation in recommending them for this award.
