Triodos are the most human bank that I've ever used.

Triodos are the most human bank that I've ever used. Their customer service is excellent, by which I mean I can talk to a human without having to navigate a labyrinth of robotic questions. They have been consistently friendly and transparent. I appreciate their ethics and like how they provide regular updates on how their money is being lent and any impacts it may be making. Friendly, informative and safe

Triodos have been consistently friendly, approachable and caring as a banking provider. They offer regular updates on how and to whom my money is being invested, as well as highlighting the benefits that ethical businesses have derived from their loans. Their interest rates are consistently on par with other providers. Their online service is fully featured and easy to use. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
