A great way to bank

A great way to bank with a company with which you share values. The customer service is always excellent and the improvements to the mobile banking app have made it clearer and easier to navigate. Interest rates aren't as competitive but you are not necessarily drawn to Triodos for that reason. Overall it's a safe, secure and top quality bank. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Love the transparency and good customer service

I opened a Cash Isa with Triodos last summer. It was straight forward until I hit a technical roadblock. Customer service was efficient and personal and helped my quickly. I have done a fair bit of research before opening the account and found that Triodos was not only saying they were and ethical bank they actually were very transparent about their policies, criteria and standards.
