Love the transparency and good customer service

I opened a Cash Isa with Triodos last summer. It was straight forward until I hit a technical roadblock. Customer service was efficient and personal and helped my quickly. I have done a fair bit of research before opening the account and found that Triodos was not only saying they were and ethical bank they actually were very transparent about their policies, criteria and standards. I am thinking of investing through another product from Triodos. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
