Good with money

I very much welcome the communication from Triodos, telling me where my money is invested, and the good it is doing. They seem to have a clear ethical stance, and want to do things differently from other banks. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

First class

I chose Triodos because of it's ethical investment policy and my experience has way exceeded my expectations. In particular, the customer service team are excellent: friendly, comprehensible and efficient. I am not an experienced investor and they have made the whole process much less intimidating.
