Triodos bank is one of the very few banks to enable genuine ethical investment and I believe that counts for quite a lot at present. Triodos do the hard work for us by assessing and checking investments so that we can be confident of a company's ethics and purpose. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Where to invest if you care.

There are so many options as to where to invest any 'spare' money but in terms of their ecological, ethical and humanitarian commitment, Triodos are unbeatable. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Actually to be trusted with societal value-add

The bank is very clear about its grounds for inclusion of investments and actively keeps an eye on the wider picture as it changes. I have no such confidence in other allegedly ethical products I am served or the tracking of benefit beyond financial for genuine contribution. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Triodos are the way foward...

Triodos Crowdfunding Investment Team - useless!

This relates to Triodos Crowdfunding only, not Triodos Bank. I failed to invest in a recent offer because, apparently, I ticked the wrong box on the form to transfer funds from a cash ISA in a different bank. The Investment Team had 3 weeks to contact me and did not do so. I had to ring Triodos to discover why the money had not been transferred by the due date. The phone team were helpful and followed up my problem but I regard the Investment Team as a useless bunch. I have not invested! Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
