Excellent customer service

I have a joint current account and a stocks and shares ISA with Triodos. Customer service has been excellent dealing promptly with queries about setting up accounts, finding info on the app, technical queries etc. Also the range of ethical investment options is good. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Conscious banking

If larger sums are coming in / about to go out of your account Triodos checks with you first to see if you are aware of the payment which reassures against fraud. Investement goes to communities rather than big businesses. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

The range of companies they have chosen for the ISAs...

The range of companies they have chosen for the ISAs is intriguing, ecological credentials, financial performance and consideration of future and ongoing robust return. EG the biggest recycling of glass company is USA, they turn the glass into 100s of products from road aggregate to moulded industrial fittings. It feels good, it sounds safe, and it's a good investment as something that will be a continuing trade, with little polluting impacts, and building up infrastructures we need.
