I love the transparency regarding where exactly my money goes with Triodos. I have been a customer for over 30 years & previously struggled to find what & where exactly, high street banks invest the customers money.The projects are very often in charities, not the large ones with C.E.O.'s earning mega bucks! Housing for people with disabilities is one that springs to mind. Ethical investments to me are a must. I do not wish to contribute to the buying of arms/fighter jets & war mongering. The bank keeps us well informed and does all it can to protect us from fraud as well as providing exceptional services. They should be an example to others as they invest monies in our communities instead of giving so much as dividends to the elite stakeholders. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026

Happy customer

I have been a customer for 11 years, have no complaints, have been getting good returns even during times of economic downturn and, most of all, am happy and confident that my money is being used for social and ecological regeneration and not for extraction or exploitation.
