Competitive rates - First class service

Very competitive rates coupled with first class service and the new Easy Access account really completes the picture - I use for both personal and ISA but also have Notice and Easy Access accounts for my SME business - a really good portfolio offer that helps with all my savings and Deposits needs - oh and whilst online service is now even better UTB are great if you need to talk to someone - thumbs up from me! A fair and ethical Bank

I am a charity trustee and discovered the United Trust Bank several years ago. They are very easy to communicate with but thorough so I know our money is safe. They always offer a competitive interest rate; I like the fact that they also offer short term deposits, which is very useful as we can suddenly receive a request for a large grant so need to have some money fairly readily availablebut not stagnating in a current account. Service levels

Very efficient and helpful telephone service desk. New online facility for Charity/business accounts has good security features with dual authentication but is rather clunky. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
