Seems like corporate theft to me!

Renewal quote too high so I tried to cancel auto renewal online but the website pages did not load properly. Sent numerous emails to Getsafe UK and to Urban Jungle (who have taken them over.) I clearly said I did not want to renew in three weeks time when my policy expired. Getsafe confirmed this was noted. However, now that my policy has expired, Urban Jungle is attempting to take £509 from my credit card on a DAILY basis and say they will continue to do this for another 3 weeks! I have maxed out my card so there are insufficient funds for Urban Jungle to steal but am now left without a functioning credit card for three weeks. I have today spoken to Urban Jungle who say this is a wider issue and they will sort it out by today. So I will update you! Urban Jungle? Sure is! Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Shocking company, paying our premium for years...put in a claim and they then do everything to find a way out of paying..using an old spent CCJ as a reason of misrepresentation. Not to mention its taken a month of people promising to call back, hanging up the phone, ignoring emails j, blaming other departments ust damn awful...I would advise anyone to AVOID this company as your money is better spent with a reputable company who don't desperately try and find a way out! They have requested over and above information from to for a simple claim. Asked to pay additional fees to report my loss when its not stated in the T's and C's. Its been over a month since I raised this claim. Terrible and I cant recommend Reviewed on: 27th February 2024
