Singing up to Urban Jungle's insurance was easy and it's quite easily customisable for my needs and budget and the amount of cover I need. Overall, I find the products easy to understand and the sign-up process to be really easy. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Horrible Horrible Horrible Company

In short they are cheap, but even if they insured your home for a pound that would be to much, avoided paying out doing work and even cancelled policy with no refund (Insurance was 550+) found them to be an absolute disgrace and will be taking things further to get my money back. I would advise anyone to pay more to another companie then to waste your money on these fraudsters. Reviewed on: 15th December 2022
