Review of the Urban Jungle, Home insurance:

Very competitive and easy to buy the required policy

My home insurance (buildings and contents) came up for renewal in May and I decided to get a quote from Urban Jungle as I had seen good reviews for them. I was glad I did! Their price was considerably lower than the renewal quote from my current provider at that time, and lower than any other company listed on comparison sites. I haven't needed to make a claim (and hopefully I won't have to), so can't comment on their claims service, but the application process was very straightforward and the insurance documents were received quickly by email. All straightforward

It was easy to take out a Home Insurance policy with Urban Jungle and the quote was considerably lower than the renewal price from my previous provider. I don't know how easy the claims procedure would be (and hope I don't need to find out!) but so far all is good. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Review of the Trading 212, Cash ISA:

Good, easy-to-deal-with company

Have had some savings invested with Trading 212 for a couple of years now. Made a small top-up recently which went through without a problem. Interest rates are good - there are cheaper rates out there, but usually involve a one-year bonus, after which the rate is less than Trading 212's, so not worth the hassle of changing and then having to change again in a year's time! East-to-use website and good savings rates

Easy to open a Cash ISA and then to check on my savings from time to time. Savings rate are good. Slightly better rates are available elsewhere, but they usually include a first-year bonus, meaning you need to change provider after one year or stick with a poor return on your savings. I've not needed to make a claim with Aviva (fortunately!) but their service has been good and their quote was reasonable. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
