Very easy to transfer my balance from a previous credit card with excellent customer service when I phoned to complete the balance transfer. Being able to use the card with Apple pay is a must for me as I never carry cards anymore, so the Vanquis card once again ticked the boxes. I would definitely recommend the card to friends & family.
