Warning. Please read before you consider Vanquis.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I've used them for years and they they increases my interest rate twice in two month. Wrote a review on trustpilot warning people that they're doing this and, without telling me, Vanquis blocked my credit card. I then made a complaint to them and didn't get a response for two months. Then they came back with an extremely long reply that didn't have anything to do with my complaints. I replied back and pointed this out and another two months later, no response. Then sent a follow up complaint about it and another over two months later still no reply. So its been 6 months without use of my card. I'm looking into how I can pursue this further with the relevant authorities as this company are beyond negligent. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Financial Security.from trusted Company

I had the card for early help to use during pandemic abd when no income was coming i missed payments.. but Vanquis understood this and was excellent in the help given.. to get back ontrack.. when others were poor with no help.. 5 star comapny

I opened an account with Vanquis to help me w money struggles. the set up was super quick and easy. I’ve been in contact with the team regarding repayments of my card etc and they were always helpful. Definitely worth it, no hidden fees or T&C’s. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Missed opportunity

Vanquis helped me build up my credit score

Vanquis helped me build up my credit score (coming from a EU country before Brexit and did not have a good credit score before I started). Also by boosted my credit limit with them helped me with my daily life and every time I had a question they were always there for me and I appreciate that as customer and person.
