The Wise Account isn’t a bank account, it’s a Money Service. You can get a linked Wise card, but you can’t get credit facilities like an overdraft. Wise has security measures built in to keep your money safe.

Same as Revolut

Unfortunately, it appears that Wise Bank has a history of treating their customers unfairly. There have been multiple reports of account closures without any clear reason or explanation given to the customer. This is unacceptable behavior, and it can cause significant inconvenience and frustration for those affected. What makes matters worse is that Wise Bank does not seem to have a clear process for addressing customer concerns. When customers try to contact the bank for an explanation or resolution, they are often met with silence or vague responses that do not address their concerns. Overall, it is deeply concerning that a bank would treat their customers in such an unfair and disrespectful manner. Any financial institution should prioritize the needs and interests of their customers above all else, and it is clear that Wise Bank is not living up to this standard. If you are considering banking with Wise Bank, I would strongly advise caution and recommend exploring other options instead. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

I like wise

Wise is one of the few multi-currency digital bank services that I enjoy using very much. A few of the reasons why I use revolut is because of it's security, Interest on savings and the low fees.I have used wise for about 5 years now and I would say it's worth getting. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
