Unfortunately, it appears that Wise Bank has a history of treating their customers unfairly. There have been multiple reports of account closures without any clear reason or explanation given to the customer. This is unacceptable behavior, and it can cause significant inconvenience and frustration for those affected. I use Wise for my proofreading business. I work for many clients around the world. Wise means that they can pay me in a variety of currencies (Euros, Dollars, Romanian Lei) or send money in UK Pounds while avoiding massive bank charges at their end. The fees are completely transparent (which means I always know what to charge to cover any fees) and also very low compared to the competition. Rarely using it as it's not fully crypto friendly. Not enough categories. If you have a direct debit set up, you won't see any statistics about it. UI clean and smooth, but technical part and services needs improvement. They also OVER-advertising stock investment, but ignoring a real investments in crypto, sad really.
