An appalling institution whom should have never been given full UK Banking status

you cannot tell me basic information like where money has been sent and make diabolical excuses that you need the 'technical team to investigate and it takes at least 48 hours to tell you' Complaints are sent back with a standardized, impersonal letter saying your complaint response can take 30 days. As soon as I can get my business banking sorted elsewhere I will. Wish I could have awarded you zero stars. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

They are a really god bank

Exceptionally Simple, Reliable And Customer Focused

Starting out as a small business feels many hurdles, not all banks are accommodating and structured to offer the services needed which can be stressful and frustrating but with using Cashplus everything has been So straightforward to start and use. They're staff are so helpful , website and app so simple and customer focused, they meet all my business banking needs, iv'e never had any problems everything is there at a touch of a button to check, run and help my business grow, Thank you.
