I would recommend Zempler Bank all day long to anybody!

In the past I have always had issues with other banks, but it was the best move I made to do online banking with Zempler Bank. The make my life and business easier, always notifying me of and changes or problems that arise so i can deal with it effectively. The main thing is I have full confidence and safe in them supporting me along my business journey. I would recommend Zemper all day long to anybody who wants a trusted online banking account. Highly recommend this bank.

No lengthy queue's when you need to speak to anyone, nothing too much trouble, even stayed on the line and talked me through the online internet banking on my laptop, never lost patience when I kept getting logged out. Plus cashback. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

I recently opened a Zempler Business Account, and the experience has been great overall. The account opening process was straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to get started. The app experience is smooth and user-friendly, providing seamless access to all banking features. I particularly appreciate the mandatory two-factor authentication for online banking, which adds an extra layer of security. However, I was disappointed to encounter a card setup fee, which felt unnecessary. One happy customer!

I have been with Cashplus bank now Zempler since 2015. I have only ever needed to contact customer services once and was dealt with superbly and my problem resolved during the call. They are very efficient letting us customers know what is going on all the time. I have never felt let down by this bank as I have numerous others before. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
