Zenith is Markerstudy!!!

Zenith are a part of the Markerstudy Group, who eventually deal with your claim. Please read Markerstudy reviews BEFORE using Zenith, I wish I had. 9 months to sort out a claim with a witness and still no resolution. Renewal time and I don't want to use Zenith/Markerstudy BUT I have an active claim. The two options inwas given # drop the claim and repair it yourself # lose your maximum no claims. Either way they have wasted hours of my time and cost me 100s of pounds. Unbelievably terrible throughout. Reviewed on: 9th May 2023

They have hidden fees up the wazoo, cancellation fees, hidden costs, i had a payment not go through cause i had changed my card and they charged me £20 for that. Mental also they will roll your contract on auto without you telling them to. Just cancelled and moved insurers horrendous. Reviewed on: 20th September 2023

Poor customer service

Called them to cancel or freeze my car insurance policy and the lady was very rude suggesting I could have just cancelled through my account instead of wasting time, however £55 as a cancellation fee is an absolute scam as most places charge £5-£25 as it’s a simple click of a button to cancel and does not charge them anything to do so, all it would do is leave my details on the system… Reviewed on: 9th September 2023

Great product

I’ve used zenith for 2 years for my car insurance. They’re a fantastic company (although quite unknown) with great benefits. Their customer service staff are brilliant. The only thing I would recommend would be an app for their insurance products to make it easier to navigate online. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Slow

We have been without a car for four weeks. You give out all thw modern technology on tracking your car status but it as been stuck on in progress for weeks. Reviewed on: 14th December 2022

Mis-sold, awful support and disgusting service!

Avoid at all costs. I took out the policy out based on being able to get a courtesy car whilst any repairs are done. The wait for courtesy car is at least 3 weeks and then it is unlikely one would be avialble. They outsource the repairs to different company and blame them for a lack of service. After the calling the accident in I have had to chase all communications as they do not respond. I asked for an email address to make a complaint and was told there is no email address, I asked them to confirm that there is not a single person in the company I can have written communication for my records to make a complaint and was told no. They miss-sell they will provide a courtesy car and when I questioned why it is because they are busy dealing with all the other costumers so nothing is available. Completely mis-sold and they will not help in any way. I questioned how they could include that in the policy and advertise it as a benefit to the policy and they blamed being busy with others. Complete false advertising and they will mislead you! DO NOT USE! Reviewed on: 19th October 2022

Terrible

Read reviews from multiple sources and make up your own mind. Probably one of the most pointless companies that I have ever met, more interested in making money from injuries and hire cats than actually helping you. Plenty of brokers so absolutely no reason to go with Zenith. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Straightforward and inexpensive

Zenith made setting up a new car insurance policy easy and not too pricey, and it was also easy to amend my policy when I changed my car. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Disgraceful company

This company are scammers! More interested in having your card details and auto billing you than helping you get a good service. Avoid like the plaguey friends. Go to direct line. Reviewed on: 29th June 2022

Despite having notified them that I was awaiting the arrival of a replacement debit card,they still tried to auto renew my policy.This obviously failed and they sent me an email saying they were charging me £20 for the failed attempt...or £55 if I cancelled the policy!! Despicable behaviour,clearly a company best avoided. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2022
