Renewal time and I don't want to use Zenith/Markerstudy BUT I have an active claim. The two options inwas given # drop the claim and repair it yourself # lose your maximum no claims. Avoid at all costs. I took out the policy out based on being able to get a courtesy car whilst any repairs are done. The... Avoid at all costs. I took out the policy out based on being able to get a courtesy car whilst any repairs are done. The wait for courtesy car is at least 3 weeks and then it is unlikely one would be avialble. They outsource the repairs to different company and blame them for a lack of service. After the calling the accident in I have had to chase all communications as they do not respond. I asked for an email address to make a complaint and was told there is no email address, I asked them to confirm that there is not a single person in the company I can have written communication for my records to make a complaint and was told no. They miss-sell they will provide a courtesy car and when I questioned why it is because they are busy dealing with all the other costumers so nothing is available. Completely mis-sold and they will not help in any way. I questioned how they could include that in the policy and advertise it as a benefit to the policy and they blamed being busy with others. Zenith made setting up a new car insurance policy easy and not too pricey, and it was also easy to amend my policy when I changed my car.
