I have filled in online application form to purchase...

I have filled in online application form to purchase a new car insurance. The application process went well and I made payment. After which I checked my policy details and found out that my address was incorrect. It has my previous address on it which I didn’t filled that in I phoned them to get it changed and I was told that I have to pay extra £89. When I asked for the reason they told me that is their policy. I decided to cancel my policy since it hasn’t even started yet and I was charged £33.00 for cancellation. I advised customers to be careful when purchasing car insurance with this company. Reviewed on: 18th July 2026
