Called them to cancel or freeze my car insurance policy and the lady was very rude suggesting I could have just cancelled through my account instead of wasting time, however £55 as a cancellation fee is an absolute scam as most places charge £5-£25 as it’s a simple click of a button to cancel and does not charge them anything to do so, all it would do is leave my details on the system…
