Ease of application and interest rate equal to the big banks

Brilliant company. Online pages easy to navigate and all the information you need is there for you. No need to contact a Customer Service Centre and spend hours on the phone. Loan approved and paid direct into bank really quickly, low rates. No mithering emails either about additional borrowing etc, does exactly what it says on the tin! taking out the zopa loan was quick straight forward the money was in my account very quick, interest rates are very competitive, you can manage your loan online i.e. make extra payments alter repayment date etc. all in a pleasant experience Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
