I have had several loans with Zopa, The application process through the app is easy to follow and simple, the loan is generally approved the same day if you qualify and the money is put into the account you request.arn't many banking organizations who provide such a wonderful service. My application process was straightforward, and I received a decision quickly. The terms were clearly explained, and the funds were released within the promised timeframe. Customer service has so far being responsive and helpful when I have questions. Overall, a reliable lender with transparent processes.
