Excellent service, easy to use app

Zopa have been amazing from start to finish. Applying for the loan and understanding my monthly repayments was so easy to do and everything was so clear. Since having the loan, anything I've needed to do or change has been accomplished with ease. You can do most things on the app, and if not their customer service is 5* - very efficient and quick to respond.
