Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. Savings accounts

A pleasure to visit

A pleasure to visit my local branch Foxhole Rd Chorley. Staff are pleasant, patient , courteous and knowledgable about the products. There are chairs at each counter so you can sit and feel welcomed and relaxed. Lots of free, easy parking, and a welcoming bright large room. It’s exactly how going to a bank or building society felt years ago when staff had time to talk, get to know you and your needs and not simply tell you to “ go online” . Products are also some of the best on the market interest wise. I tell ALL my friends and family to go there. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024
