Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. Give them a wide berth. Reviewed on: 19th May 2023

Helpful and informative branch staff

I have always found the staff very helpful and informative and knowledgable with any questions that I have asked of them . I have always found them to be polite in manner. I am kept informed of changing or new accounts as they arise. I like the personal contact of branch staff but also recognise that online information is also advantageous to some as well.
