Excellent Service

I needed to make a call to Chorley BS regarding a slight issue with an ISA transfer, and the service I received from Julie was fantastic. Firstly, the call was answered quickly, then Julie listened to my problem and went above and beyond to help. I was concerned when I initially called, but felt much happier having spoke to Julie. Helpful and informative branch staff

I have always found the staff very helpful and informative and knowledgable with any questions that I have asked of them . I have always found them to be polite in manner. I am kept informed of changing or new accounts as they arise. I like the personal contact of branch staff but also recognise that online information is also advantageous to some as well.
