Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. They provide a friendly, helpful and personal service

Service is carried out at a a personal level over the phone to help make sure my savings are correctly attributed. Also, always very friendly when the call. They exude confidence that they know wahat they are doing and are striving to do it right. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
